Siri problems on iPhone 5s
iphone 5s Siri comes up automatically on start up. Does not recognise any commands and starts dialling random phone numbers including overseas. How do i switch this off?

What does "start up" mean? Does it mean you had your iPhone powered off and now you power it on and that is when Siri does her thing?
Anyway, try a reset. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
