Can I trust fast fix123

i was surfing the web and suddenly I got a message that my macbook is infected with virus and that I have to call a number in order to solve this problem.

So I called this number and some people in fastfix 123 said my computer is in really bad situation that I have to pay $300 to install a software to fix this problem. And I did.

Has anyone have the same experieence?

Yes. It is a scam. Do not pay or download anything.

Close Safari and reboot.

As lllaass indicates, you have been scammed.

I presume that, as a part of the scam, you also gave the scammers remote access to your computer. If so, you will need to erase the hard drive and reinstall everything from scratch. See:
