I can connect to the Internet, but iTunes won't...?

I am connected to the internet just fine on my Windows 7 laptop, but whenever i go into 'itunes store' it says it isn't connected.. help!!


I am using:

  • Windows 7
  • iTunes 12.1.2

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
