how do i find videos stored in icloud?

i know this has to be a completely stupid question, but i can't seem to find the answer anywhere, so sorry in advance.

i'm getting the old "almost out of icloud space" warning. when i go to manage icloud storage, either on mac, iphone, or ipad, the vast majority of the space is taken up by photo library. no big surprise there. but here's the thing: it says 203 photos and 28 videos stored in icloud. WHERE THE H--- ARE THE VIDEOS? i don't want 28 videos in icloud. i don't know what or where they are. they're not in photo stream, i can tell you that. i feel like a complete dolt. please help me.
