ip6v odd addresses and router

I am seeing a strange IP6V router and address on my WIFI and Ethernet connects on two of my computers. I also cannot access the OFF tab for my IP6V. Looking for thoughts and advice.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Airport Express and Cable Router
