iPad won't play streaming video

For almost the past week, both my iPad 4 and iPhone 5c will not play streaming video over WiFi. This occurs no matter what location I am in; I've had the same problem at home, at school, and at other public places like coffee shops. This is only an issue over WiFi however, and only with streaming video; none of my other internet activities are affected. My iPhone is able to play streaming video using my cellular data connection. I should also note that this issue did not begin until a few days after I upgraded to iOS 8.3. Has anyone else had this particular problem?
