Screen acting up!

I recently dropping my iPhone 5c. It fell on the back side and it had it's case on so it didn't crack and doesnt have any exterior damage, but the screen is acting weird.

Every time I put my finger to touch something, it clicks something else or begins to scroll. It basically has a mind of its own now and its driving me insane!

I got a replacement phone from my carrier but I'm not sure if I can get another one, and I don't want to spend money getting the screen replaced or taking it to get fixed because I don't trust that works.

If theres any way to fix this issue, PLEASE HELP!!
