How do I play radio through a bluetooth speaker?
I have a 16 gigabyte ipod nano 7th gen. and a Bluetooth speaker that I can not find out how to play radio through.

There is no way to do so. If your speaker will accept an auxiliary input you can connect a cable from the headset jack on the Nano to the speaker. The cable serves as the antenna.
