Reachable but no service

Hello all,

I have a VPN server running, and it used to be under the 'services" list in reachability, but now, reachability says "no services", but my VPN is on. I can use cellular data and connect and use my VPN, so it is on. Any suggestions? I have fixed IPs for everything (including my broadband modem)
