I bought 2 MacBook Airs today and returned them in one hour because the 3 Apple techs that eventually helped me try to get one of them set up couldn't get iTunes to work with my external. Is it really that hard? what were they missing?

WWhy couldn't 3 Apple techs get my new MacBook airs to work with my external drive where my library is?
