System accessibility settings not saving on Yosemite - any ideas?

Hi everyone! I've noticed a while ago that in the accessibility settings, the reduce transparency option was enabled. When I disabled it (I prefer to keep the transparency), after a little while, it will always revert back to 'reduce transparency'. This happens regardless of whether I use light/dark mode. Does anybody know how I could fix this issue?

I'm running the latest version of OSX Yosemite and I'm using a Macbook Pro Retina 13" Late 2013 version.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

It's likely that one of your login items is causing the problem. Select the Login Items tab in the Users & Groups pane of System Preferences. If there is an item named "cDock" or "Duet," delete it. Otherwise, delete any items that you don't recognize. If you're not sure which ones to delete, double-click each to test it.
