Have you confirmed that it is your phone that isn't charging and not the lightning connection cable or the power adapter in the wall?

To confirm it's not the adapter, plug your phone into a computer usb port and see if it charges.

to confirm it's not the cable, use someone else's lightning connector cable with your own wall adapter or plugged into a computer.

If it's neither of those, your phone's lightning connector or battery may be bad. You'll need to take it to an apple store or apple authorized service provider to have it tested (for free at Apple Store). go to locate.apple.com for the nearest location.

cable works in two other phones.

I had the same problem this past weekend. It would not charge and I tried several different cables and outlets etc.

I then restarted the phone, and it charged OK 🙂
