iPad and iPhone not ringing anymore together

hello,

my iPad and iPhone were ringing together, but when I updated to IOS 8.3 it stopped ringing Together without any interference from my side , I wanted to make this option and eventhough I had the cellular calls on under the FaceTime it is not working anymore ... Is the update the reason for this?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3, iPad 4
