Couldn't able to signin with my changed password

You can't sign in with it where ? If on iOS device and you were still logged in when you changed the password then you may have to log out of the account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back so as to 'refresh' the account on it so that it recognises the new password for purchasing/downloading.
