Q: Error 3004 !! iPad bricked

I have an iPad 2 and want to update it to iOS 8.3 but while installing the update i get error 3004 each time, my iPad is bricked right now please help

Take a look at this. There might be something in it that helps.
Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" - Apple Support
