How do I print a card? When I have made a card with photos from iPhoto, your system gives me the choice to buy the card, but I want to print it.

iPhoto 9.6.1, OSX 10.10.3. In my program, the lowest option on the File-menu (below Order Prints) is Print. Don't you have that option? You can then even go ahead and save as a PDF, if you like.
