Q: Invisible Apple TV
I've got an apple TV (Model A1469) that will not show up in airplay on any of my devices (mac air, iPhone 5 and iPad mini 2). All devices and apple TV have software up to date, all connected to the same wifi that is definitely strong enough (because it was working about a month before this writing).
The only way my apple tv is briefly visible to anything is when I try and connect to it via bluetooth on my mac, my mac can see it but fails to connect with it every time.
I have tried all troubleshooting solutions offered with no success.
Is anyone else having similar issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
AppleTV 2, iOS 8.3, null

I would reboot appletv (pull plug for 10sec)
reboot router (pull plug for 30 sec)
restart pc and ios devices
if that gave no help then I would
make sure the router allowed for the required ports
TCP and UDP ports and protocols used by Apple TV - Apple Support
TCP and UDP ports used by Apple software products - Apple Support
and then I would check if you never changed the SSID of your router so it's called something generic like d-link or something and the neighbour also have one called d-link your appletv and ios devices may not be on the same network at all
