How can error 1300 be fixed when trying to sync after doing a restore to factory settings?

I have a iPod classic 160 GB Serial # 8K******DZU that won't sync.

I've done a factory restore and tried to upload a couple of songs from a playlist and I'm receiving an unknown error of 13010 so I'm left with a blank iPod. Any suggestions on what to to?
