I have a iPad, the speed of my system is kind of slow but no that slow, Version 8.3, Capacity 12.5 and IOS 8.3. I cannot see my pictures on the IPad. I was looking back into the about and it stated that if you have low space it will be replace with optimized versions. And it states that the full versions are stored in iCloud. I do not know how to restore them
