freezing mouse after standby

I am using a MAC mini 2015 with apple wireless mouse and keybord. After bringing back my mac from the standby modus the mouse is freezing and I can´t do anythink besides restart my mac. This happen when go into standby modus as well when I just leave for 10 min. without doing anything.

Is it a question of software or a adjustment issue.

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.
