Merging iCloud Contacts and Deleting Duplicates

I have two iCloud accounts (A and B) and both have contacts in them. I dont know both account (A &B) are the same or different. Is there a way to tranfer or merge the two accounts together so all my contacts are in one iCloud account (A) and delete them from other iCloud account (B)?
