I wiped out all of my calendar on my iPhone how do i sync my Mac calendar to my iPhone?

One way to keep calendars synced between a Mac and an iPhone so that information is current on both devices is to do the syncing through iTunes. See this article for how to do it -

Another method would be to use an iCloud account to sync both devices. See this article -
