Need corporate contact backup for iphone

I have been looking for a way to back up the contacts to one location from all of our company phones. I need this to be installed on all the phones and the app locked so employees cannot delete it or change any settings. Anyone have any suggestions?? I have tried several apps and haven't found anything that will do this for me.
