I've written my question but it is telling me I'm not allowed to submit or update. It's a new question. Can't figure this out.

Well, you were able to post here, so that's a good sign.
I would say the likeliest possibility is that your post included a word that the forums' spam filter erroneously labeled as spam. Can you post a screenshot of the text you were trying to post?
Perhaps it violates the Terms of Use or contains words that are not permitted here.

Ahh yes, several posters have mentioned being unable to post crash logs due to some bug in the forum software. I recommend using http://pastebin.com. Upload the log there and link to it in the thread you wanted to post in.

Paste it and click Submit. Then copy the URL in Safari's address bar, and paste it on this site in the thread you wanted to reply to. When someone clicks the link, they'll see the text you posted.
Yes. Not sure why it would not let you post it here if you tried posting it as text, but we can't help you with crash reports. They are more or less meaningless.
What can you think of that you did differently to get the report to post in Safari crashing ?? The pastebin and the original post there are identical (at least they have the same number of lines and random comparisons are the same) -- Çuriosity Çilled the Çat
It would not let me either. I went to other pages and then went back a couple times and suddenly I was allowed. Did not retype anything, it was as I had written it the first time. Odd but maybe try back a little later?
