OK to Disconnect frozen on iPod Classic 1G (5GB)

Hi,

i have problem with my old iPod 1G (first iPod).

When I turn on device shows file icon (2-3 sec) and then text "Ok to disconnect"... I can't reset (menu + play 10 sec). When i plug in to MacBook only charge my iPod.
