How can I transfer images from the touch to my PC? When I plug it in to my WIndows 7 it is seeing the touch. I can browse to it and see the DCM folder and 4 folders in side that, but not all the images that I now are on my touch are in those 4 folders.

My computer can only see the photos in the iPod's Camera Roll album. That those the ones taken by or saved to the iPod.
