My MacBook Air won't print to my Ricoh network printer

Question

MacBook Air running Maverick 10.9.5 won't print to network Ricoh Aficio MP c3500 printer. I've deleted, reinstalled, updated drivers - any ideas?

Have you sought help from Ricoh's tech support? Did you check for a newer driver for your model?
