Hello can any one guide on how to use Amazon instant video app via UAE App Store. It seems like it's only available on US store however since I am based in Dubai and would like to purchase or rent movies via Amazon therefore would appreciate any help In this regard. Many thanks.

Purchases may only be made through the App Store for the location that you are currently residing in. See this article for reference -
Specifically -
When you make a purchase from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store, you must use the store that matches the country where you're located.
