MY Apple ID not sign in on App Store how I fix it

What happens when you try to log in ? If you are getting an error then what does it say ?
And what have you tried to get it to work ?
Im having problem signing on to my ipad min ios 8.3.

Nothing happen when I sign in. Just in my ipad mini ios 8.3.
This is in the Settings app or App Store app, and no account is currently logged in (e.g. you aren't tapping on your id so as to log into the account and view/amend its details) ? And what have you tried e.g. closing the Settings and/or App Store app via the iPad's taskbar, doing a soft-reset of the iPad ?
