my apple id siddenly stoped working what happend?

i was trying to signin to my apple Id and it suddenly said that the password was wrong and when i checked on the Apple site it said my account didnt exist . so i created a new one with the same email and password but now it say this apple id has not been used in the itunes store and now they asking for a visa Code.What to do?
