convert mac notes to windows word

Choose "file" from menu and then choose "export". You can then export the notes file to pdf or word, etc.

One simple way is to open the Notes document, do Command A to select all, do Command C to copy, then open a new Word document and do Command V to paste. The Edit menu equivalents can be used instead of the Command key sequences if desired. If you don't have Word you can paste into Pages instead and then use the Pages File menu Export command to export it in Word format.

I notice this can't be done en masse.

Just one note at a time.
