Unable to Connect to Itunes and App store

Okay, so i use iphone 6 and have the new IOS 8.1.3... My itunes and app store was working just fine but i don know all of a sudden i cannot connect to app store as it says "incorrect password" i even changed my password and i still have the same issue... I cannot even update the apps due to this!

is it that the server down or whats going on??please help!
