Boot Camp USB

In Boot Camp Assistant, I used the option to create a bootable USB. But when its 3/4 done, it comes up with an error saying "An error occurred while copying the Windows installation files." I googled the error, i found a fix saying i should eject the disk in Disk Utility or in Finder, but none of it worked. So I tried copying the files manually by opening the .iso, but then it came up with this error in Finder "The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “gbunicnv.exe” can’t be read or written. (Error code -36)." By the way I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 Pro.

MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Macbook7,1

Your ISO is corrupted. Please verify md5sum of the ISO with the source you got your ISO from.
