Q: my itunes keeps crashing with an error message.

both my windows and itunes are up-to-date. i've checked all the previously suggested methods to solve this issue (completely remove - reinstall itunes, removing QT, etc.) but none helped. any idea? Thanks.

 

the error message is usually something like this:
