How can I upgrade final cut my school gave it to me to use at home but I can't update its asking for the account passcode.

So I was given a copy of final cut on a flash drive but it won't update with out the schools account passcode we are able to use final cut at home for school project ect. any help would be helpful thanks.

That copy of Final Cut is tied to the school's Apple ID; this can't be changed without deleting and redownloading it from a different one, which would require purchasing it.
