Q: I cannot add scc file to my apple pro res quicktime and get it to output in compressor 4.2

I can successfully add a .scc file and even preview the closed captioning while in compressor, but when I output the file the captioning does not stick.  I am doing the following.

1. Placing my file in Add File

2. Under the job heading I scroll down to Metadata and choose my closed caption file.

3. I then Add Outputs and Choose Apple ProRes 422

4. Click Start Batch

My file finishes with no CC.

I have checked the file in Quicktime Pro 7 and VLC and there is no Closed Captioning attached.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong?
