Syn MACBOOK to Android Phone

What does the user guide for the Android Phone say?

There´s no reason to assume a Mac will sync automagically with an android phone just like that. Not even even iPhones automatically sync with a MAc. They require iTunes be present.

There should be a Phone manager software that allows the sync. As such this would be a question more for an Android forum than a Mac forum.

No offense but what a worthless answer. With your post count one would expect a better level of help. To the OP the folks at Android Central are much friendlier and helpful. I too am disappointed that Apple broke Android syncing using Android File Transfer app. There are work around in the app store.

Do please get over yourself. The ******* contests between tech companies hurts the very customers they want to serve. There are no technical reasons why Google, Microsoft, and Apple can't support customers who don't want to use one ecosystem exclusively. That closed silo mentallity is so anticonsumer . Microsoft is actually moving far ahead by offering their great Apps on Android and Mac OS/IOS.
