How fast will the transfer rate be if I transfer RAW pictures from my DSLR to my iPad Air 2? I sometimes use Nikon and Canon products.

I don't know if there's a published transfer rate. It all depends on the size of the image, how many megapixels and how many there are. (among other variables)
I'd suggest take 10 pictures, transfer them, time it, and do that 3-4 times to get an average of the transfer time.
