The first MS Data entry is within your OSX partition and is not very useful. The second and third entries are off by 7(seven) sectors and most likely candidates.

Here is a table using the second MS Data entry's start sector number.

GPT 3 StartGPT 3 SizeGPT 3 EndNTFS StartSector OffsetNTFS SizeNTFS EndSector Offset (MB)
3228014641269536324071000324071424424166162425490233848 0

Scroll down to the second MS Data entry (at the start point from the table above). Do not use left/right arrow keys anywhere on this screen. Use 'P - List files'. Testdisk does not this is a Mac, it assumes this to be a PC. The steps required to correct the partition steps are different. If you see familiar windows files, this should be the correct one.

Please post a screen shot of 'P - List Files' for validation.

Could you provide further expiation about this part? I didn't get when to use the default values

Rebuild MBR to match the new GPT information thus resetting the Hybrid MBR. Use defaults for other questions (like partition codes). The only values that need modifications are the Boot flags and step 6. Accept all other defaults that Gdisk offers.

  1. Sudo gdisk /dev/disk0
  2. P (Print list of parts)
  3. R (Recover)
  4. H (chooses Hybrid)
  5. Partitions numbers to be hybridized: 2 3 4
  6. Y (Good for GRUB question)
  7. N (part 2 boot flag)
  8. N (part 3 boot flag)
  9. Y (part 4 boot flag make NTFS bootable partition)
  10. W (Write the new MBR)
  11. Y (Yes! write the new MBR)
  12. Reboot
