problem with app store

I have a mac book air, had to do a factory reset due to the fact that i was trying to put a password on it but it kept saying i have one before which i didn't put on, so i did the factory reset but then trying to re-installment the mac os x lion it keeps saying the app store in temporarily available, is there something else i can do, or something going on? its been like this for 2 days now.
