Facebook App Won't Download

I sometimes delete and reinstall my apps on my iPhone and iPad to clear data. Facebook on my iPhone won't install, even though the others I re added did install. I powered my iPhone off and started again and it still won't install. I connected my iPhone to my laptop and downloaded through the App Store but it still won't install.
