On my iPhone 6 plus, all of a sudden, the icons tripled in size and I can't swipe up and down or pinch to zoom, so the phone is completely useless. How can I reset the phone to what it was like when it was "normal?" Thanks.

Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers to temporarily disable Zoom, an accessibility feature. Then go to Settings/General/Accessibility and turn it off permanently.
