What do I do?

Hey guys,

My problem started when my iPod Touch 5th Gen started to become subject to sudden freezes, subsequently followed by brief color displays that faded to black, and finished with the all-too-familiar silver apple logo signifying a restart. As time went on, these crashes became increasingly more frequent - and they weren't the only thing. The time started to shift unpredictably until it remained completely inconsistent with real time, the internet and Bluetooth connection started to become spotty on a completely viable network (now, it doesn't work at all), and the battery life became completely unpredictable. After I tried everything I could think of (yes, that includes backup restores), I decided to do a full-on factory reset. And, believe it or not, my iPod remained completely the same. I can't set it up, as a result of the incompetent internet connection, and so it remains even more worthless than it was before. I got the Pod a few months ago (for Christmas), so it's still under warranty as I understand. At any rate, I'm unclear as to what to do now. Any suggestions?

iPod touch, iOS 8.3

Take it in for evaluation at an apple retail store. Make an appointment at the genius bar. The other option would be to send it in for service - you can call Applecare & start the process.
