The iOS 8.3 update has numerous bugs

Can't really say because I don't own an iPad or an iPhone. But seeing how the same glitches are happening on both devices, It could be a bug. Report them here, if you wish: http://www.apple.com/feedback/

Nope, I haven't had any of those problems.

I don't think so.. Just check with your backups and login credentials.

What exactly are these bugs you are seeing, how are you reproducing them and what troubleshooting steps have you taken to address them?

Ethan I admire your efforts here but if you don't own an iPhone or iPad it is best you stay clear of posting in those forums since you can't test your answer as stated in the Terms of Use here.

I may not own an iPad or iPhone, but I own an iPod 5 and both of my parents (whom I live with) also own iPads. They all work the same way (except a few features on iPhone only). I am very much capable of answering questions here (around 90% of my points have come from "Using iPad" and "Using iPhone".

Also, the TOU says, "When possible, make sure your Submission works on your own computer before you post it."
