Quick Reply for iOS 8.3 Glitched

Days since I downloaded the iOS 8.3, my quick-reply for my iPad Air 2 has stopped working.

Once I get a text message, and I use the quick-reply fewture, either the keyboard doesn't show up, or it shows up and it will not let me type. Can somebody help me fix this?? I tried turning the feature on and off again, and nothing happened.
