I bought my new iPhone 6 on saturday, today is monday and it is still saying it is "Restoring from iCloud backup" like it is stuck. What can I do?
iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
Is it connected to wifi?
turn it off and turn it back on.
Reset all settings
K I've turned it off and on...a message came up saying that it hasn't backed up because it needs to continue to restore from iCloud backup.
After the first day of this I just reset the whole phone and it's still doing this. And ya Im on wifi like most of the day, either when Im at home or at work I've got wifi.
I talked to an apple support employee turns out i have to completely erase my phone and start all over again. Thanks for your advise though!
