I cant transfer purcheses

when I try to transfer my purchases iTunes will not let me it states that I have to auth my computer. I go to authorize it iTunes then states I have already authed it. and it still wont let me. can someone please help me.

iPhone 6 Plus, Windows 8

Have you tried to de-authorize the computer, close iTunes, open it again and authorize it again? What other troubleshooting have you tried? You can also look at the troubleshooting in this support document for help. If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize you computer - Apple Support
