ipad 2 power cycles on and off
Ipad 2 cycles on and off and is unresponsive to connecting to computer or to reset, its about on a 2 minute cycle
iPad 2, iOS 8
I am having the same problem. I've tried taking the sim card out and using only wifi. Still turns off; tried factory reset and it failed. Do you think it's a hardware issue?
