How can I re-download my iTunes match files to my iTunes library?

Hello all, I am trying to reset my previously downloaded library music files (stored in the cloud via iTunes Match) so that I can download them again. My previously downloaded files were deleted while doing a Time Machine back up. Right now only an "!" is next to all my song lists indicating that they do not exist.

Any help would be appreciated.
