Using Safari Password Sharing to Autofill Login Info in Apps

At WWDC 2014, developers were told that a new part of the Continuity functionality would be the ability to have Safari keep your login information for an app and autofill it. I think it was called Safari Password Sharing. It's referenced on a number of websites:

Does anyone know if this was ever implemented? It's driving me crazy trying to find where this is in development.
